The check-in staff were lovely and made the process a breeze. The location was convenient and we were able to easily walk to a nearby attraction. The views from the hotel were simply breathtaking and added to the overall atmosphere of the place.
We had a few issues during our stay. despite requesting a double bed, we were given two separate, tiny beds which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and had a lovely time. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with an amazing view and the location was perfect, just a short distance from a beautiful cathedral. the hotel had a great pool and lots of activities to keep us entertained.
Our room had two separate small beds instead of a double bed we had requested, which made it difficult for my partner who is a big guy to sleep well. the lock on our door was fiddly and insecure.

I loved the friendly and accommodating staff. They gave a warm welcome and were always ready to explain. The view from the hotel was also breathtakingly beautiful which created a calm atmosphere. This hotel had a wonderful pool and plenty of activities to do.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Review:
While the location was great, being close to the famous Ste Rita's cathedral, the comfort of the room didn't meet my expectations. the double bed was actually two separate tiny singles which made my sleep uncomfortable. the staff was always welcoming and helpful. the hotel had a nice pool and plenty of activities.
